Pricing displayed on this website is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation from our sales team, valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A purchase order becomes binding only upon our written acceptance. Our standard commercial terms:

All payments are made in USD (or as agreed) via bank transfer (T/T). Payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice. Haolinchen is not responsible for bank charges or currency conversion fees incurred by the buyer. Title to goods does not pass until full payment is received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods are shipped EXW (Ex Works) Shenyang, China (Incoterms 2020). The buyer is responsible for all freight, insurance, customs duties and import taxes. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Haolinchen is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or force majeure events.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during sourcing and production, including designs, pricing, customer lists and business strategies, for three (3) years after termination. A separate NDA is available upon request before sharing any technical specifications or product concepts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haolinchen's total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods in question. We are not liable for:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China, unless both parties agree in writing to international arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of haolinchen.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes.
