Warranty claim processes are tailored to your brand's requirements. We can supply replacement parts, repair guidance or full unit replacements depending on the defect type. We recommend building a 2–3% buffer stock on your first bulk order to cover warranty replacements without delay.

Yes. We provide complete technical documentation including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, parts diagrams and firmware update instructions — all customizable with your brand name and contact information.

If a systematic defect is identified in a bulk shipment attributable to a manufacturing error, we take full responsibility: we will repair, replace or credit affected units. We require a formal defect report with photos and sample units returned for inspection before processing claims.

Our default shipping terms are EXW (Ex Works) Shenyang, China. We can also arrange FOB Dalian or FOB Tianjin if preferred, which includes domestic trucking to the port. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) is available for buyers who prefer an all-in landed cost.

Yes. We offer Amazon FBA-ready shipping preparation including FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrap, set packing and shipment splitting according to your FBA shipment plans. This service is available for an additional per-unit fee agreed in advance.

We prepare all standard export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading. If required, we can also provide a Certificate of Origin and help coordinate third-party testing certificates. Import customs clearance in your country is the buyer's responsibility.

Many of our products include lithium batteries (GPS trackers, smart feeders). We are fully experienced with IATA lithium battery regulations for air freight and IMDG compliance for sea freight, including UN38.3 test certification. All battery documentation is provided as standard.

We offer three cleaning mechanism types: (1) Rotating drum — the most popular for automatic separation of waste and litter; (2) Sifting tray — a rake or grid mechanism that pushes clumps to a waste drawer; (3) Globe rotation — full 360° rotating globe design. Each has different motor noise levels, maintenance requirements and price points.

Our litter boxes are compatible with all clumping litter types including bentonite clay, tofu litter, crystal/silica gel and wood pellet litter. Non-clumping litter is not recommended as it doesn't separate effectively in drum-type mechanisms.

Our feeders support portion sizes from 5ml to 240ml per meal, adjustable in 5ml increments via the app. Meal scheduling supports up to 15 meals per day with independent portion settings for each meal time.

Camera modules (720p or 1080p HD) are available on our mid-range and premium feeder models. The camera includes night vision and two-way audio. Camera models require WiFi connectivity and are not available on BLE-only models.

Our feeders are designed for dry kibble and freeze-dried food. Wet food is not suitable as it clogs the dispensing mechanism. Recommended kibble diameter: 8–15mm. Irregular-shaped or very large treats may cause jamming and are not recommended.

Yes. Scheduled meals programmed via the app continue to dispense even when the feeder is offline. The feeder has an internal clock that maintains scheduling during WiFi outages. App-based real-time control and notifications require connectivity.

Our fountains use a multi-stage filtration system: (1) Stainless steel pre-filter to catch hair and debris; (2) Activated carbon filter to remove odors and chlorine; (3) Ion exchange resin to reduce minerals. Filter replacement is recommended every 4–8 weeks depending on water quality and number of pets.

Our pumps operate at ≤38 dB, which is quieter than a typical library (~40 dB). The pump is fully submersed in water which further dampens sound. All pumps are rated for continuous 24/7 operation with a 12-month warranty.

The bowl and outer shell are available in 304 stainless steel (standard) or 316 marine-grade stainless steel for premium models. We can also offer ceramic top sections. BPA-free food-grade PP plastic is used for internal components and the base reservoir.

Yes. Geo-fence radius is adjustable from 50 meters to 5 kilometers via the app. Multiple geo-fence zones can be configured (e.g. home, vet, pet daycare). Alerts are sent via push notification and optionally by SMS.

GPS trackers with built-in SIM cards require telecom-specific certifications in addition to standard CE/FCC: FCC Part 22/24 (US), CE RED Directive (EU), RCM + PTCRB (Australia), plus carrier-specific certification if using a carrier-locked SIM. We handle all certification coordination for supported markets.
