If a systematic defect is identified in a bulk shipment attributable to a manufacturing error, we take full responsibility: we will repair, replace or credit affected units. We require a formal defect report with photos and sample units returned for inspection before processing claims.

We prepare all standard export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading. If required, we can also provide a Certificate of Origin and help coordinate third-party testing certificates. Import customs clearance in your country is the buyer's responsibility.
Many of our products include lithium batteries (GPS trackers, smart feeders). We are fully experienced with IATA lithium battery regulations for air freight and IMDG compliance for sea freight, including UN38.3 test certification. All battery documentation is provided as standard.

Our litter boxes are compatible with all clumping litter types including bentonite clay, tofu litter, crystal/silica gel and wood pellet litter. Non-clumping litter is not recommended as it doesn't separate effectively in drum-type mechanisms.

Our feeders are designed for dry kibble and freeze-dried food. Wet food is not suitable as it clogs the dispensing mechanism. Recommended kibble diameter: 8–15mm. Irregular-shaped or very large treats may cause jamming and are not recommended.
Yes. Scheduled meals programmed via the app continue to dispense even when the feeder is offline. The feeder has an internal clock that maintains scheduling during WiFi outages. App-based real-time control and notifications require connectivity.
Our fountains use a multi-stage filtration system: (1) Stainless steel pre-filter to catch hair and debris; (2) Activated carbon filter to remove odors and chlorine; (3) Ion exchange resin to reduce minerals. Filter replacement is recommended every 4–8 weeks depending on water quality and number of pets.

GPS trackers with built-in SIM cards require telecom-specific certifications in addition to standard CE/FCC: FCC Part 22/24 (US), CE RED Directive (EU), RCM + PTCRB (Australia), plus carrier-specific certification if using a carrier-locked SIM. We handle all certification coordination for supported markets.
