Packaging & Logistics

Dedicated packaging line for retail-ready box assembly, FBA labeling, palletization and container loading.

25-person R&D team covering mechanical engineering, electronics, firmware, app development and industrial design.

Quality Control

7-stage QC process

IQC — Incoming Quality Control

All incoming components tested against specification before entering production: PCBs, motors, sensors, plastics, packaging materials.

PCB AOI Inspection

Automated optical inspection after PCB assembly detects solder defects, missing components and polarity errors.

Functional Testing

100% functional test of every unit: motor operation, sensor response, WiFi/BLE connectivity, app pairing and safety sensor verification.

Appearance Inspection

Visual check for surface defects, color consistency, logo print quality and packaging integrity to AQL 2.5 standard.

Reliability Testing

Sample units from each batch undergo drop test (1.2m), vibration test and 72-hour continuous operation burn-in test.

Packaging Check

Carton labeling, FNSKU verification, accessory completeness and shipping mark confirmation before boxing.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final random sampling inspection (AQL 2.5) before container loading. Third-party PSI available on request.
